What to expect.
Our day retreats are all about creating space — space to move, to breathe, to reflect, and to enjoy the beauty of the present moment. Together, we’ll guide you through mindful yoga practices suitable for all levels, calming meditations, and moments of stillness to quiet the mind. We’ll also explore the surrounding countryside with a refreshing, scenic walk, taking in the peaceful views of the Rossendale hills.
